Two Cities Pizza began with two lifelong best friends—Zach and Sean—enjoying a slice of pizza in Chicago. Sean and Zach found themselves in the thick of the great pizza debate: New York thin crust versus Chicago deep dish. Drawn to the way each city created something unforgettable through pizza, the soon-to-be founders developed an obsession. From that moment they endeavored to create a place where people could experience both styles on the same table.
By 2015, after years of dreaming and developing, the first Two Cities Pizza Company opened, and the New York and Chicago experience was born. Now with multiple locations in multiple states, Two Cities Pizza Company continues its mission: To serve remarkable pizza inspired by remarkable cities, and offer genuine hospitality to every guest, every visit, with every slice.

From a young age, Zach knew he was made to create — and Two Cities is the fulfillment of that vision. Guided by faith, family, and a love for food, Zach pours his values into every detail of the restaurant. Sean has always been passionate about hospitality, with a lifelong love for the energy and connection that restaurants create. An extrovert and optimist at heart, he thrives on bringing people together and turning a shared meal into a joyful experience. After several years living in Manhattan, Sean developed a deep loyalty to thin, foldable New York–style pizza — which he enjoys with a glass of neat whiskey by his side.
